Diving Deep Sessions create artist-centred gigs like no other. Join us for a night with Bag of Cans, including an interview and support!
Diving Deep Sessions are back! Each session will start off with an interview, a support act and, after coming up for air, a live session from the headline act themselves.
Dive deep with us and enjoy the Norwich music scene at its finest and most brilliant.
Bag of Cans are the best band to sing about washing machines but they are also pretty good at singing about hangover cures, milkmen and Colchester Leisure Centre.

Hailing from Cambridge, UK, Theo Sayers’ music is distinguished by playfully produced beats, crooner-like vocals and witty lyrics that range from heartfelt to humourous. With influences as broad as new wave, 80s pop, hip hop and UK garage, he has variously been described as “like an urban Jona Lewie” and “a sleepy Louis Cole".
